Florida Overseas Investment Center, LLC (“FOIC”) is an approved Regional Center designated by the United States Customs and Immigration Service with the purpose of promoting economic growth through increased export sales, improved regional productivity, creation of new jobs, and increased domestic capital investment.
FOIC promotes its center in Florida to foreign investors seeking permanent residency in the United States under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa program. FOIC pre-qualifies foreign investors and provides them introductions to investment projects in Florida that create jobs and spurs economic growth. Up to $10 billion per year could potentially be raised for U.S. projects under this U.S. Federal government program.

Community Reinvestment Partners II, LP
Community Reinvestment Partners II, LP (Fund) was raised in 2007/2008 to develop, redevelop and invest in existing grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use projects primarily in moderate and low-income census tracts within the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina. In conjunction with debt financing and equity co-investments, the fund seeks to invest over $300 million of capital. The fund is currently in the capital commitment phase and is projected to conclude its investment period in 2012. In addition to Forge's principals, the investors in the fund are commercial banks, which receive Community Reinvestment Act credits for their investments, as well as other institutions with a socially responsible investment objective. The fund was co-sponsored with DeBartolo Development Company of Tampa, Florida.
