Fund Overview

Atlantic American Opportunities Fund I, LP (AAOF), a Delaware limited partnership, is an EB-5 investment approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and sponsored by Florida Overseas Investment Center, an approved Regional Center. AAOF has structured its investments to qualify under the requirements of the USCIS’ EB-5 Investor Visa Program at the $500,000 investment level, investing only in Targeted Employment Areas.

AAOF is organized as a diversified investment fund, where EB-5 applicants become investors in not just one, but many job-creating enterprises. AAOF will invest in real estate opportunities and expanding successful operating businesses throughout the entire state of Florida.

AAOF is managed by experienced investment professionals and each investor’s profits will be based on the performance of AAOF’s entire portfolio of investments, not just one project. This diversified investment approach provides EB-5 investors with many benefits stemming from the basic principle of “Don’t Put All Your Eggs in One Basket.”

Investments will take the form of secured loans, and equity investments, either through equity participations. The Fund will target established manufacturers, health care operators, distributors and other niche businesses, as well as experienced real estate developers, building a diversified portfolio of assets to minimize risk to the Fund’s investors.

The Fund will focus on job creation in Targeted Employment Areas within the state of Florida, meeting the requirements of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service’s (USCIS)EB-5 visa program for foreign investors, enabling Fund investors and their families to gain permanent residency status within the US.
