• AACA raised $64.75 million for the first closing, which was completed on September 19, 2007.

• AACA is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Pro Tech Monitoring Systems, Inc. (Pro Tech) to Dmatek, Inc. for a consideration of $12.5 million in cash.
