DCR Mortgage Partners III, LP was formed to acquire performing and sub-performing commercial real estate mortgages, restructure the mortgages as required, and dispose or seek repayment of such mortgages. It is a successor to Atlantic American Mortgage Fund I, LP and DCR Fund I, LP.
