CAM Fabrication, Inc., headquartered Princeton, North Carolina, is a leading concrete forms and accessories distributor in the southeastern United States. Founded in 1972, CAM primarily derives its revenues from the sale and rental of reusable concrete forming systems, shoring systems and related accessories to non-residential contractors.

CAM offers one of the broadest and most complete concrete product lines in the contractor supply industry, which uniquely positions it as a single source provider relative to its competition. This provides contractors with a sole source for all their needs, and allows the Company to generate industry-leading margins through a strong combination of manufacturing, rental and sales channels.

Atlantic American Capital Advisors was retained by CAM to pursue a sale of the Company. In May of 2005, Atlantic American completed the sale to a private equity sponsor, who acquired the majority of CAM’s stock and supplied recapitalization funding to the Company.
