ATLANTIC AMERICAN FORTUNE FUND III

Atlantic American Fortune Fund III raised $39,200,000 from 75 EB-5 investors, creating a diversified portfolio of three assets, including a multifamily rental apartment community in Dania Beach, Florida, a full service Marriott hotel in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia, and a student housing property serving Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.

Avery Dania Pointe

Fortune Fund III made a $20,000,000 equity investment in the development of Avery Dania Pointe, the first phase of multifamily rental apartments within a massive mixed-use community called Dania Pointe, located in Dania Beach, Florida. 

Avery Dania Pointe offers 264 luxury apartment units, housed in an eight-story building.  Amenities are situated in a central courtyard with clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, swimming pool with sun deck and jacuzzi, summer kitchen, resident lounge and event/party room.

Bellyard at the Interlock

Fortune Fund III made a $12,500,000 investment in the development of Bellyard at the Interlock, a full-service hotel operating under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand that will feature 161 guestrooms, a signature restaurant and bar, 2,800 square feet of meeting/event space, a fitness center and an outdoor terrace with skyline views of Atlanta. 

Bellyard will be one element of The Interlock, a new mixed-use development in the heart of Atlanta’s dynamic West Midtown neighborhood.  Encompassing more than one city block, The Interlock will offer technology/incubator office space, stylish storefronts and restaurants, high-end residences and the Bellyard hotel.

The Project is situated just a few miles from Atlanta’s Midtown and Downtown central business districts, and less than one mile from the Georgia Institute of Technology (also known as Georgia Tech), which is a top-ranked public college and one of the leading research universities in the United States.  

The Preserve at Tech

Fortune Fund III made a $14,000,000 investment in the development of The Preserve at Tech, a purpose-built student housing property that will cater to students attending Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.  While student enrollment has increased significantly in recent years, the number of on-campus residence hall beds has not, creating a need for additional student housing.

The Preserve at Tech will consist of 168 three- and four-bedroom/bathroom units with 588 total bedrooms.  The community will include a clubhouse with resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, coffee bar, study rooms, computer lab, game room, fitness center, an outdoor sports court, outdoor grilling stations and walking/nature trails.  Student apartment units will come fully furnished and include kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and HDTVs.
