ATLANTIC AMERICAN OPPORTUNITIES FUND IV

Atlantic American Opportunities Fund IV raised $39,500,000 from 79 EB-5 investors, creating a diversified portfolio of four assets, including a multifamily residential rental apartment community, a mixed-use multifamily residential rental apartment community, and two hotels on Orlando’s famous International Drive.

Pearce at Pavilion

Opportunities Fund IV made a $10,500,000 investment in Pearce at Pavilion, a 250 unit multifamily residential rental apartment community located in Riverview, Florida. 

Pearce at Pavilion offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, priced in line with the current rental rates of the market area.  The Project’s apartment units are housed in six, four-story garden style buildings serviced by elevators.  This provides a significant advantage over its competitors, which provide only stair access to upper levels.  Common area amenities include an expansive fitness center with yoga/stretching room, massage room, and kid’s room; a game room; dog park; and a resort style pool with cabanas and outdoor kitchen area.

500 Ocean

Opportunities Fund IV made a $13,000,000 investment in 500 Ocean, a mixed-use property located in Boynton Beach, Florida.

500 Ocean offers 341 multifamily residential rental apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail/office space and a secure, integrated parking garage. 

Common area amenities include a resort-style pool and clubhouse, several courtyards with fire pits and seating, a fitness center, yoga/stretching room, children’s playroom, sports/entertainment lounge, and outdoor kitchen area. 

The Project is centrally positioned among everything Boynton Beach has to offer.  Numerous local and regional employers, shopping centers, schools, state parks, and golf courses are all located within 2.5 miles of the Project’s site.  In addition, the site benefits from direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, via Ocean Avenue, which are both within ¾ of a mile from the site.

Marriott TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld

Opportunities Fund IV made a $8,000,000 investment in the Marriott TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, a 188 room extended stay hotel located on Orlando’s famous International Drive across the street from SeaWorld Orlando. 

TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, business center, 24-hour “In A Pinch” market and onsite laundry facilities.  The hotel offers spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom suites that can accommodate up to six people.  Rooms include a kitchenette with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils, a workspace with ample storage and free high-speed internet, 32-inch flat screen televisions and luxurious bedding. 

The Project’s site is located directly across the street from SeaWorld Orlando (one of the area’s biggest tourist attractions), directly adjacent to SeaWorld’s Aquatica waterpark and across the street from SeaWorld’s Discovery Cove, where guests can swim and interact with dolphins.  The Project is also within close proximity to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Orlando’s outlet shopping malls and everything that International Drive has to offer.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld

Opportunities Fund IV made an $8,000,000 investment in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, a 180 room extended stay hotel located on Orlando’s famous International Drive across the street from SeaWorld Orlando. 

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Orlando at SeaWorld features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, business center, and complimentary “Express Start” breakfast, and on-site laundry rooms.  The hotel offers spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom suites that can accommodate up to six people.  All rooms include a workspace and free high-speed internet, 32-inch flat screen televisions (offering HBO) and luxurious bedding.  Some rooms include a kitchenette with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils.  Hotel guests can also enjoy complimentary breakfast.
