Campus Opportunities Fund, an offering focused exclusively on student housing, raised $105,640,000 from high net worth investors that invested in six purpose-built student housing properties located in the United States.

Aspen Heights Pullman

Campus Opportunities Fund made an equity investment in the development of Aspen Heights Pullman, a purpose-built student housing property located in Pullman, Washington that caters to students attending Washington State University.  The cottage-style apartment community offers 196 fully-furnished apartment units (752 total beds), a resort-style clubhouse and pool, fitness center, free campus shuttle and student life programming.

Stadium House Gainesville

Campus Opportunities Fund made an equity investment in the development of Stadium House Gainesville, a purpose-built student housing property located in Gainesville, Florida that caters to students attending the University of Florida.  The property offers 181 fully furnished student apartments (604 beds), a rooftop amenity deck with pool area and indoor/outdoor fitness center, study rooms, computer center, gourmet coffee bar, resident lounge, and ground floor retail/restaurnat space.

9 @ College Park

Campus Opportunities Fund made an equity investment in the development of 9 @ College Park, a purpose-built student housing property located in College Park, Maryland that caters to students attending the University of Maryland.  The Project offers 172 fully furnished student apartments (669 total beds) and amenities including a resident club room, fitness center, study rooms, and a secure parking garage.

Savannah College of Art and Design

Campus Opportunities Fund made an equity investment in the development of a purpose-built student housing property located in Savannah, Georgia that will cater to students attending the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).  The Project will offer 104 fully furnished student apartment units (283 total beds), private and group study rooms, an art studio/gallery, fitness center, resident lounge, and large amenity deck with a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and grilling stations.

University of Iowa

Campus Opportunities Fund made an equity investment in the development of a purpose-built student housing property located in Iowa City, Iowa that caters to students attending the University of Iowa.  The Project will offer 250 fully furnished student apartments (499 total beds), a resident club room, fitness center, study rooms, and a rooftop deck offering an outdoor lounge with Jumbotron television, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor kitchen & BBQ area.

California State Polytechnic University at Pomona

Campus Opportunities Fund made an equity investment in the development of a purpose-built student housing property located in Pomona, California that will cater to students attending California State Polytechnic University’s Pomona campus.  While Cal Poly Pomona has an enrollment of almost 30,000 students, the market does not contain any purpose-built student housing properties, creating a favorable development opportunity.

The Project will offer 178 fully furnished student apartment units (641 total beds), private and group study rooms, fitness center, resident lounge with game room, and two courtyards featuring a swimming pool, grilling stations, Jumbotron television and ample outdoor seating.
