Atlantic American Opportunities Fund I

Opportunities Fund I raised $11,500,000 from 23 EB-5 investors and invested in four neighborhood shopping centers.

The Fund’s assets include:

  • Meres Town Center Shopping Center
  • Lauderdale Manor Shopping Center
  • Washington Shores Shopping Center
  • Horizon Park Shopping Center

Atlantic American Opportunities Fund II

Opportunities Fund II raised $20,500,000 from 41 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of three assets, including an assisted living (elderly care) facility, the redevelopment of Tampa’s century-old federal courthouse into the award-winning Le Méridien Hotel, and a grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center in thriving Orlando.

The Fund’s assets include:

  • Osprey Lodge at Lakeview Crest
  • Le Méridien Tampa
  • Mills Park Shopping Center

Atlantic American Opportunities Fund III

Opportunities Fund III raised $44,500,000 from 89 EB-5 investors, investing in a portfolio of six assets, including two hotels (Marriott and Starwood brands), three garden-style apartment communities and an assisted living (elderly care) facility.

  • Marriott Residence Inn Orlando Downtown
  • Channelside
  • The Nolen
  • The Cabana at Jensen Dunes
  • Estero Oaks

Atlantic American Opportunties Fund IV

Opportunities Fund IV raised $45,000,000 from 90 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of four assets, including a garden-style apartment community, a mixed-use retail / residential apartment complex, and two hotels on Orlando’s famous International Drive.

The Fund’s assets include:

  • Pearce at Pavilion
  • 500 Ocean
  • Marriott TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld
  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld

Atlantic American Fortune Fund I

Fortune Fund I was our fifth diversified EB-5 Fund and first to invest in multiple States (Florida, Texas and Georgia).  Fortune Fund I raised $50,000,000 from 100 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of three assets, including a luxury high-rise apartment skyscraper in Midtown Atlanta, the redevelopment of one of Houston, Texas’ oldest office buildings into a Le Méridien hotel, and a garden-style apartment community in Delray Beach, Florida.

  • YOO on the Park
  • Le Méridien Houston Downtown
  • Delray Station

Harbour Island Apartments

Harbour Island Apartments was our first stand-alone, non-Fund EB-5 offering.  We raised $19,000,000 from 38 EB-5 investors and invested in the development of 500 Harbour Island, a 233-unit rental apartment high-rise in Tampa, Florida.

Franklin Street High-Rise

Franklin Street High-Rise was Atlantic American Partners’ second stand-alone, non-Fund EB-5 offering.  We raised $23,000,000 from 46 EB-5 investors to develop Nine15, a stunning 360-unit rental apartment high-rise in downtown Tampa, Florida.

Autograph Rocky Point

Autograph Rocky Point was Atlantic American Partners’ third stand alone, non-Fund EB-5 offering.  We raised $9,000,000 from 18 EB-5 investors to develop the Current, a 180-room boutique hotel operating under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand.
