Fund 1: Atlantic American Opportunities Fund I
Atlantic American Opportunities Fund I raised $11,500,000 from 23 EB-5 investors and invested in four neighborhood shopping centers.
The Fund’s assets include:
- Meres Town Center Shopping Center
- Lauderdale Manor Shopping Center
- Washington Shores Shopping Center
- Horizon Park Shopping Center


Fund 2: Atlantic American Opportunities Fund II
Atlantic American Opportunities Fund II raised $20,500,000 from 41 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of three assets, including an assisted living (elderly care) facility, the redevelopment of Tampa’s century-old federal courthouse into the award-winning Le Méridien Hotel, and a grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center in thriving Orlando.
The Fund’s assets include:
- Osprey Lodge at Lakeview Crest
- Le Méridien Tampa
- Mills Park Shopping Center
Fund 3: Atlantic American Opportunities Fund III
Atlantic American Opportunities Fund III raised $44,500,000 from 89 EB-5 investors, investing in a portfolio of six assets, including two hotels (Marriott and Starwood brands), three garden-style apartment communities and an assisted living (elderly care) facility.

- Marriott Residence Inn Orlando Downtown
- Channelside
- The Nolen
- The Cabana at Jensen Dunes
- Estero Oaks

Fund 5: Atlantic American Opportunities Fund IV
Atlantic American Opportunities Fund IV raised $45,000,000 from 90 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of four assets, including a garden-style apartment community, a mixed-use retail / residential apartment complex, and two hotels on Orlando’s famous International Drive.

- Marriott TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld


Fund 6: Atlantic American Fortune Fund I
Atlantic American Fortune Fund I was our fifth diversified EB-5 Fund and first to invest in multiple States (Florida, Texas and Georgia). Fortune Fund I raised $50,000,000 from 100 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of three assets, including a luxury high-rise apartment skyscraper in Midtown Atlanta, the redevelopment of one of Houston, Texas’ oldest office buildings into a Le Méridien hotel, and a garden-style apartment community in Delray Beach, Florida.

Fund 8: Autograph Rocky Point
Autograph Rocky Point was Atlantic American Partners’ third stand alone, non-diversified portfolio EB-5 offering. We raised $9,000,000 from 18 EB-5 investors to develop The Current, a 180-room boutique hotel operating under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand.
Fund 9: Atlantic American Fortune Fund II
Atlantic American Fortune Fund II was our sixth diversified EB-5 Fund. Fortune Fund II raised $37,500,000 from 75 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of four assets, including a two multifamily residential apartments (Tarpon Springs and Orlando, FL) and two limited service hotels supporting the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Dania Beach, FL.

Fund 10: Campus Life Fund I
Campus Life Fund I was our seventh diversified portfolio EB-5 offering and 10th overall EB-5 offering. Campus Life Fund I raised $50,000,000 from 100 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of four assets, all of which were purpose-built student housing properties located in the Southeast U.S.

Fund 11: Atlantic American Fortune Fund III
Atlantic American Fortune Fund III was our eigth diversified EB-5 Fund. Fortune Fund III raised $39,200,000 from 75 EB-5 investors and invested in a portfolio of three assets, including a multifamily residential apartment building in Dania Beach, FL, a full service Marriott hotel in Midtown Atlanta, GA, and a student housing property serving student enrolled at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA.
